Aisha Dafina Benton
Chief Executive Officer
Aisha D. Benton (M.P.P., M.T.S.) is an anti-racism community organizer, advocate, and public policy practitioner. She founded Yet Once More after a community development career that spanned the U.S., U.K., and South Africa. Benton began her career as an anti-racism consultant while working with The Methodist Church of Southern Africa to analyze the effects of institutional racism in post-apartheid. Since she has served in several roles at the intersection of policy & community organizing. Most recently, she served as Special Advisor to the State of Michigan.

Sabriyya Pate
Principal
Sabriyya Pate is an anti-racism learning designer, researcher, and instructor. Throughout her career, Pate has designed high-impact workshops to advance critical and diverse thinking on common business problem sets, from product launches, strategic ventures, and policies to promote employee engagement.
